Third day using this right out of the box. Its set up in my workshop and I have yet to charge it, so the battery is lasting as long as it needs to, plus some. The sound quality is impressive over a wide variety of genres, and it can get pretty loud--loud enough for a party? I'd say yes, but it won't be as 'boombastic' as desired. You want to know about the bass, right? Well, I can certainly hear the bass very clearly and it is fairly satisfying. I can't help but note that the bass isn't as grand as expected from a bluetooth speaker so large. The lights are neat, but could be brighter and there is no changing them or an off/on function. You can however, skip songs and pause/stop with the remote, which is a huge plus in case my phone is elsewhere. All in all, I am pretty satisfied, noting that it was at a $56 price point when purchased.

For $50 this was a steal. It’s pretty loud, very clear audio, and has many uses. It has a built in EQ which I didn’t expect, so you can set it to the preset that fits the music you’re listening too. On top of that you can adjust the bass and treble after to tune it further. The Bluetooth is a little annoying and the only thing that I hate. The speaker doesn’t seem to remember devices and store them. So every time you want to connect a different device you need to disconnect the last device you were using. Maybe there’s a button on the remote that will reset it I’m not sure. Just wanted to add that the volume of the speaker is no where near the levels you’d need for a party. Maybe a small gathering of 5 people but I don’t see this powering a party. Even in my bedroom alone in the quiet I wish it was a tiny bit louder sometimes.

I bought this speaker fully expecting it not to work due to personal skepticism about the price in comparison to the size and specs. However, after trying it out for just a couple hours, I was extremely delighted. The battery has a long life, perfect for use when your house is out of power (the whole reason I bought this product.) At the same time, the volume on the outdoor EQ setting is WAY better than what I had expected from such an inexpensive option. I work in a medium sized fast food store, and on max volume on both my smartphone and the device itself, the speaker was able to fill the entire store with a very clear sound. Finally, the sound quality is no where near audiophile levels obviously; but instruments and voices seem to stay fairly clear within the mix, even at high volumes. The only thing you could possibly hate on this product for is build quality, but I feel that is to be expected out of a speaker with so many upsides at the price range. Overall, I think that this speaker is a perfect option for people looking for a semi cheap speaker that can be used in public spaces with ease.

The sound, unbelievable! Bass is thru the roof. I think out of everyone else's great reviews, I got an almost lemon; every 5 minutes I have to reconnect the Bluetooth, doesn't matter if YouTube or any other streaming, phone or PC, have to constantly turn the unit off then on to reconnect the Bluetooth. Sucks with great sound! Update, if you have paired the speaker with your phone and you want to connect to your PC for instance, you better be able to find and disconnect the Bluetooth from THAT phone because it will NEVER connect to a other device while that Bluetooth is still connected. Don't ever loose your phone if this is what you are connecting this speaker to. Even if the device is turned off if will not connect. EVER!!!

If it weren't for the poor volume of the bass I would have given it a flawless rating. That aside, the mids and highs are excellent with a wide variety of music. Just about every genre you can imagine. 60's oldies 80's pop & rock 90's everything gangster rap country dubstep

Good sound for overall music in the background. Decent volume. By no means will you shake the walls, but great for listening none the less. Lights are cool. Works fine connecting Bluetooth to PC and Laptop.

Have only had this 1 day so not sure how long a charge lasts but for sound quality and volume this little speaker is AWESOME, especially for $50. I really abuse speakers like this, almost always using them on outdoor adventures of some kind. If it lasts a year, I would buy it again.
