I bought this to replace my “work” speaker. I’ve been an RN for 37 years, I had a Jam Plus speaker forever, so long that the rubberized bottom of it was getting sticky and the battery life was done. I used the speaker to stream music in the nurses station in the ER and then in the nurses station in Long Term Care when I left the ER. This speaker has outstanding battery life, the audio is good for the price. I don’t know how it’s billed as a lot of “bass”. With that said, I’m comparing it to my Bose Revolve speaker that I have at home and I fully realize that’s not a fair comparison, but this speaker is not remotely bass. It connects so quickly and easily and it can really get to a high volume. I bought the red one and it’s pretty. It has an automatic shut off that is nice and a pretty long range of connectivity. I read a comment about how loud it is when it’s turned on, I completely disagree. My old speaker literally yelled “powering on!” Then it would yell “charging!” This speaker just makes some chiming sounds when you turn it on and off. I’m very happy with this little speaker for the price.

As others have said, it's lightweight and feels/looks like a soda can. It has a decent sound, although you don't hear the deep base that you would with a true stereo, but the sound is certainly much better than a clock radio. I do find when I sit the item on carpet or the ground outside, I tend to hear the base more. It's very convenient for travel and would easily fit in a tote bag, luggage, etc. One thing that I must state is that the batery certainly doesn't last 25 hours, it's more like around 5-6; nevertheless I enjoy moving it between different rooms around the house and outside to listen to music, one of my favorite things to do--so it is a must that the device sound good overall, which it does. I am enjoying it so far.

I really like this little speaker. I made a playlist to take to the pool on a USB thumb drive. I copied all of the music from my computer to the USB Drive. When I put it in the speaker, it said "Music" as expected, then switched to "Radio" and a bunch of very loud static. I tried everything I could think of with no effect.... I finally did figure it out: the speaker only recognizes MP3 formatted files, not MP4. It took a while to figure out how to convert my selected files to MP3 but that fixed the problem. The sound is fine for general use, better than the speaker on my computer! I haven't checked bluetooth connectivity yet. I was hoping not to have my iphone poolside, so the USB works fine. I charged the speaker from my computer using the USB cable and it took awhile but the charge seems to last for at least 7 hours. The only thing I really don't like is that the speaker voice is loud enough to deafen you when you turn it on. Has anyone figured out how the radio setting works? Is it scanning AM or FM? The instructions could be more informative, that's for sure.

When I first got this unit, I was skeptical of its ability to produce good sound, based on its small size. I was pleasantly pleased to find the sound quality was quite good, surprisingly including bass. Since the manual said that two units could be paired, I bought another. The problem arose trying to pair two speakers. The included manual said to press the minus volume button on one of the speakers twice and the two would pair up, which at several tries failed. Was thinking about returning the second unit based on this pairing failure. Went online to try and diagnose the problem and fortunately found a reference that said that the two pressings of the minus button had to be done very quickly. I tried this method and it worked instantly. The manual says nothing about the logistics of this procedure. If it was not such a pain to get the correct pairing information, I would give these speakers five stars, but deducted one star based on the difficulties I've had. To the manufacturer, it would be wise to update the manual based on this pairing issue, have to believe that many speakers will be returned because of the omission of details on pairing.

I am very happy with my purchase. I use it when I work out. initially I had a volume problem. I couldn’t get the volume loud enough but then I went into my iPhone settings and found that I had some thing selected that limited loud volume. “Reduce loud sounds”. I think that was supposed to be for your ear buds , but it works for the speaker to. once I disabled that it was good loud volume very happy, nice compact size. to get the best from this little speaker go to your audio settings on your phone it’ll make all the difference

I researched and decided on this because it said it had great bass and was loud with a long battery life. THEY DID NOT LIE!!!! I use this by the pool and I love it!!! The Bass is so strong that you have to sit it back a little because of the vibration. Sound is great . In my book this is a great purchase.

Love the small form factor this speaker has. It’s literally like a can of soda. A bit wider. My only problem is the connecting chime. It’s faaaaar too loud. It doesn’t matter where the volume is set to, the chime is out of this world. It’s actually really strange. And keeps one from using it often which is a shame. Other than that, it gets decently loud. Not a Bose or Sonos speaker but it gets the job done for the price range. Very pleased.
