I gotta say, if all the ones I looked at, this one had the most Db per dollar. And Customer Service was excellent. The first one I got played perfectly but refused to charge. It had come fully charged so once it was depleted is when I realized. I asked for a replacement. It was here within 2 days and it turned out when I put the new cord into the original unit it charged fine, so it was the cord and not the speaker at fault. I kept the new cord and sent the replacement speaker back intact, still wrapped up, with a note that only the cord was NG. They paid shipping both ways. I mean, honestly, that kind of service is hard to beat. As for performance, I have no beefs wit this unit. We use it beside the hot tub at parties and it is plenty loud and sound quality is exellent. I would buy this product again if I needed another and I would recommend it to a friend.

Sound quality is good. Very easy to use. Havenât tried the mic yet but the FM radio works great. Only negative thing is the initial response while pairing was slow. After that it works great

The sound cut out on the first speaker I had and they quickly replaced it. Second one is better. Nice volume from a speaker this size.

When my 5 year old TaoTronics Bluetooth Speaker's battery finally gave out (yep - it lasted that long), I started looking for a replacement like it: nothing too expensive, small, oblong, black (no Logo imprints or flashing lights) - you know, something unobtrusive to place on my shelf. After reading a lot of reviews and realizing these smaller portable speakers have a battery life of like, possibly 4 years (meaning they don't hold a charge anymore), they are basically built to be disposable! So . . . I found this . . . Ykall speaker (obviously made in China with a name like that, sorry to the hardworking Chinese). At the price, it's very, very, affordable to let go when it no longer wants to hold a charge, or it accidentally gets swept away at high tide. (Darn this disposable mind-set!) The sound is acceptable for now - I use it in my Studio. I'll be looking into a "respectable" Bluetooth speaker in the future, Sony perhaps? But even that little TaoTronics surprisingly spoiled me! Just two things are annoying - I am sorta adjusting to them - there is a female-type "voice" upon turning the unit on confirming it is connected, and is rather loud; I haven't found a way to turn that off or down. Secondly, when I have an incoming text or call, I am not notified by my usual ringtones - only the sound of my music diminishes for a few seconds. Again - seems no way to remedy that, so, when I distinguish that lapse in streaming sound, I take a look at my phone. (Maybe a good thing? No annoying interruptions on demand?) So I say go for it for the price, knowing it won't be a permanent part of your life for the time being . . .

This speaker is absolutely amazing. Very well made and sturdy. Comes with several different options as far as music selection. You can insert an SD card or you can use a USB device or you have an antenna that you can plug in to the AUX port and connect you an FM and AM station plus the auxiliary cord so very very easy to use and lots of options for music selection. This thing is super loud and it's waterproof. Very sturdy. If you get the matching holder that comes as a suggestion with it you can mount this thing anywhere and no matter what you will have Crystal clear audio. I highly recommend this speaker
