The sound quality is very good IMO. I'm not a hardcore audiophile, but if you are one you probably won't be using portable, wireless speaker systems to achieve studio sound quality. You'll be using this as a super convenient device to move around the house, outside, or other venues where you won't want to use your earbuds. I'm not one to use something like this around other people in a way that will annoy others not appreciative of my music selections, but when I'm alone or in the boondocks camping all alone, I'd like a little more volume as I move around camp, in my shop, or in the house. Unless I'm missing something in the volume controls or operation, I think it's a little light on max volume capability. I don't want to blow out my eardrums, no, but a little more volume strength would be appreciated in some situations. The quality of sound it does provide is darned good. I've seen a couple of reviews where it was stated that when volume is at high levels there is some distortion. I don't see how that is achieved unless I'm missing something. Using the volume button to max it out doesn't come close to introducing distortion. The speaker setup in this unit seems quite cable of blasting some sound without distortion until you get ridiculous. (see my edit below) That is my only complaint. Otherwise this unit is quite impressive and simple to use. My main use is to pair it with my ipad mini 6 which was a cinch. I've been playing the heck out of in the house, the shop, and outdoors...as long as I'm close outdoors. If I'm missing something in the volume level tuning that can be addressed, I'd like to hear it. The instructions are simple because operation is simple. My frequent operation of this unit hasn't even gotten the three battery power lights to drop yet. This unit seems it will provide some extensive play time. Nothing seems fragile in its construction. Not much else to say other than I'm very pleased with the unit. I'm editing to add on my comments about the sound volume. I didn't realize while on bluetooth that the ipad mini 6 can also control the volume along with the W-King. The other bluetooth products I have the volume is controlled by the device supplying the sound...such as a vehicle radio and such. So, once the ipad sound was turned up, the volume from this speaker was huge. Even at full blast there may be a little distortion, but it is minimal. This resolved my only minor complaint about this unit. Raised to 5 stars.

I was thrilled with the speaker right out of the box. The box was damaged, but the speaker was nicely packed to protect it from the shipping damage. From there, it only got better. The battery was fully charged out of the box, and I paired my Samsung phone and iPod to it with ease in less than a minute. Now for the sound. Brilliant for a Bluetooth speaker at this price! If you don't like something in the sound, I suggest checking the device that is sending the music. I noticed a distinct difference between my phone and iPod, which prompted me to tweak the settings on the phone to make it sound much better. While this speaker can go to high volumes without distortion, you won't likely need it for casual listening. The sound is detailed and nicely transmitted. There is one added bonus for those of you who like things retro. While the box itself isn't retro, it certainly provides the feeling of an old boombox you could carry on your shoulder, walk down the street with it, and impress the neighbors with your musical prowess. I highly recommend this speaker from W-King. Great speaker all around!

Wow this really packs a punch. I was reluctant to order it and I spent a good hour looking on Amazon for different bluetooth speakers. So lets talk about this speaker. 1. It's rugged and the design is incredibly cool 2. It blasts out the sound with tremendous base - would really work nicely at a party or outdoors where you want good quality sound 3. it connects easily to my bluetooth unlike other speakers I have had in the past 4. well.. it's just cool - that's all! I can't attest to longevity because I just got it. Time till well. It's got a nice sturdy shoulder strap if your taking it on travel or to the beach just toss it over your shoulder. The base rocks and it is well constructed. Blows any other speaker I have owned out of the water.

I previously bought one of these during one of Amazon's sales. This is the same model, only in different colors. One of the speakers sounds very good. It's surprising how much bass there is when outside. But you will clearly hear a difference when you pair two of these speakers: the stereo is pretty awesome. Great for the outdoors or the beach. They are robust, and pretty water resistant when the usb ports are closed. They aren't too heavy, either. I use them when I'm working on my cars. The battery lasts for the day, depending on if you charge a phone from it.

Very good value for price paid. Nice sound quality with good base at all volumes. Nice convenient package to enhance sound quality, even for a quality portable digital piano in informal settings where you want to avoid the hassle of lugging a full sound system. Appreciate the range of connection options which include standard analogue auxiliary (with cable provided!) that is useful for products with a good quality sound source but no wireless/digital outputs and weak speakers, like an internet radio I have. So far battery life appears very good, but too soon to comment, so I left this rating blank.

I was leary at first to try this one out. I typically buy name brands that I know. I have been using this now for the last few weeks and all I can say is wow. It has such a great sound and quality. Only thing that I wish... was that it integrated with Alexa.

Pleasantly surprised with the speaker. Sound is good. Volume is good. Battery life is good. Only problem so far is with Bluetooth connectivity. My wife was using the speaker and brought it in the house and the volume was really low. I had to disconnect both of our phones from the speaker and reconnect it to one phone and the volume was back to loud again.
