This is probably the second best sounding speaker in what I would consider mid-sized bluetooth speakers. The first being the Mammoth 2 (aka "Men mart Ⅱ" terrible name btw). I got two of these so I was able to pair them together to get stereo separated sound which sounded great. When paired together like that it was my favorite setup for bluetooth listening. There were two issues both relating to connectivity however. First, pairing them together was somewhat fiddly. You have to make sure that neither is connected to any device, turn them on then push the connect button on the one you want to act as the primary (right) and then push the connect button on the secondary (left). Then you search with your transmitter device to find the "M8" device that comes up. If they are connected then you will only see one device named "M8". The problem is that about 3 out of 5 times, you'll only get sound from the primary(right) speaker and will have to turn everything off and start over. Second problem... once successfully paired and connected to my phone, I would experience dropouts and stuttering which is what would normally happen if there was interference like a microwave nearby but there wasn't. I even moved to a room with no other electronic devices and still experienced the same problem. This was intermittent but sometimes so frequent that I couldn't enjoy the music. Overall, I'd give the sound quality 5 stars but take off a star for the issues with connection. I would take more than one star away but I can't rule out my phone or other interference so I'll just take one. I will say that no other bluetooth speaker has had this sort of problem in the same location using the same phone.

Overall this is a good quality speaker at the price point. I mostly use it for indoor in a small apartment while listening to a variety of music. It has a very good sound quality when it comes to the higher frequencies. If you want a strong punchy base and a speaker that carries very far outside you may want to go with a more powerful speaker. The bass is ample and sufficient, but is certainly not as impressive as other speakers. But you really do have to consider the price point and that being said, this speaker can get relatively loud and keep its quality sound. I still think the higher end frequencies are a bit too loud and there is no way to adjust them manually. There are other speakers that have apps where you can adjust the frequencies which is not included with this speaker. Overall I am very happy with its performance when listening in the kitchen or the shower. I really do like the light display which is a good touch. It takes a long time to charge, but the battery life is good and does not need to be charged too often.

This speaker is a party animal's dream come true! The waterproof design means you can take it to the beach without worrying about it getting soggy, and the deep bass will keep the party going all night long. The party lights add a fun touch, and the TWS stereo pairing lets you double the fun. The only downside? It's so loud, your neighbors might start complaining.

I bought this for my morning bathroom routine. I usually like to turn on a podcast, or some music while I take a shower and loved the idea of using a bluetooth speaker. The speaker itself is a bit bigger than I expected, but is still portable and fits fine in my bathroom. The sound is passable, not the best but not horrible and for the purpose I use it for it is perfectly fine. I havent had too much issues with a short battery life, but I typically use it daily for about 10-15 minutes so I haven't really put it through an extended test to see if it dies quickly. Overall if you need a reasonably priced bluetooth speaker, this is a good choice. It's portable enough to take with you, and fairly solid.

I got this 2nd M8 blutooth speaker to pair with my old one for stereo sound on my bicycle for night power cruises. But I could not get them to pair no matter what I tried.. even the instructions tell you they can.. there is no light or indication sound that they paired.. well no matter as I couldn't get it to work. It would be great that a light or some indicator would show on the pairing buttons they both have.. Besides that the new M8 version sounds way better than the old one. They look almost exactly the same, but the newer version has a slot for a mini-sd card for audio mp3 files and there is some text printed on the rubber flap that houses the connection ports...Other than that they flash the same colors and patterns the exactly same way at same time... maybe the newer version only will sterio-pair with another newer version.. makes sense as the new one sounds soo much better than the old one it makes me not even want to use it. Also what is a really cool bonus is that it has a extra USB-A port so you can charge your phone off it's internal battery if needed!

Boxed surprisingly well. Everything had a place. It connects nice and easy, no issues keeping connected either. Lights are bright but not overbearing. It's really cool. I really think the sound could be better, but it's pretty good. The bass is just alright. Nothing crazy. It's a good speaker, lights are a plus.
