I bought one of these speakers almost 1.5 years ago, and it's still going strong. It's been dropped, bounced, and borrowed several times. A couple of months ago, the USB port started to get loose, so now I have to get creative about how to keep the cord plugged in for charging. These things often happen with electronics. That doesn't affect my rating, though. If you're on a budget, this speaker is a great choice. It sounds great, and it's easy to use. It's pretty loud, but not deafening loud. My only disappointment is that you can't have better controls over the lighting. Each time I power on the speaker, the lights come on automatically. I have to turn the lights off each time. I think it would be great if there were a way to program it so the lights don't come on every time. It would also be nice if you could choose which colors light up. I definitely recommend this speaker.

I have own this for over a year and it works just as good as day one. I have used it on multiple vacations at the beach, pool, hiking, etc. I also use it everyday just to listen to music while at work. If you are looking for great quality sound, portability, and durability, this is the speaker for all those needs. As far as waterproof... well with my kids it has been put to the test.

I loved that it is small and portable but the downside is that it stopped working after a couple of months. I tried charging it but it never turned on. So disappointed.

It worked right out of the box. Connected to my phone easily. The teal color looks great an my wife uses it in the kitchen. If you are wanted a louder speaker I'd recommend there 40w speaker as it is a great option as well.

I have had a few speakers some good some not so good. This speaker is awesome! The sound is outstanding. It stays charged for a long time. I use mine every 2 weekends at work and they remind me to bring it back the weekends we have to work. This is a great speaker and I recommend it hands down. You won't be disappointed. I do use it in my house off and on and it great too.

I have a number of blue tooth speakers and this one is well worth the cost. I use it all around the house and in the yard. It has been out in the rain with no issues, and holds a charge well, providing several hours of run time on each charge. I like that you can use it while it charges. PLEASE NOTE THESE TIPS: 1 - When you receive it charge it before using. I tried connecting mine right out of the box and it wouldn't connect. Not sure why, but even when I plugged it in it would not connect. So I waited for it to fully charge which took a few hours, even though it's a USB-C connection. Once charged it connected on the first try. 2 - I almost gave it 4 stars because it didn't appear to have a way to skip through songs onboard. Looking at it, there is just a power, telephone use, and volume up/down buttons. Before downgrading the review, I decided to hold down the volume buttons for a second or two. Glad I did, because holding the volume up buttons forwarded to the next song, and the volume down button replayed the prior song. So I was able to give it a perfect 5 star. If it doesn't last I will update as always
