Enjoying the sound and clarity, having compared it to a few Marshall models. I had low expectations for the sound because the (only) other review described it as merely not bad for the price. This kind of impression is likely due to the relatively high price of this Fender speaker, since other makers are offering bigger more powerful speakers for this same money. For a 60watt speaker this size, the sound is rich and full and has the clarity and midrange/treble detail--and warm bass--that I look for in a speaker to play blues and jazz. It also has plenty of well defined bass punch for its size. The price of the Fender Indio 2 is more about the superb quality and details where nothing seems less than excellent; nothing about it seems built to a price. The other review makes this clear too. I enjoy some of the bluetooth speaker value deals out there, but found the Indio 2 retro design at this level of quality and detail was pretty compelling. You know if you need this (at the price) and if you do, you'll find there is nothing disappointing when it arrives. The quality of the build and the details is even better than what you'd expect from the photos. The Bluetooth 5.0 connects quickly, allows pairing to a second speaker, either in dual mono or in stereo. The battery goes for days and days in my use. The handle is a pleasure for moving it around but is also a visual classic. The power cord has a universal barrel adaptor and the required input watts listed, so it would be easy to source second power cord if you use this in more than one setting. The USB port appears to be only for charging up your phone while you stream music. I would have preferred a two-way powered USB-C instead for a second option for charging the speaker, plus a second option for wired source along with the Aux. Everything about this speaker seems to be a pleasure to use and performs at the top of the range for this kind of thing.

Bass wise this bt speaker is a so so, but when it comes to detail of the sounds, clarity and sound separation, i must say that fender is by far the best

Muy bonito, excelente acabado y calidad de fabricación. Su punto débil es el sonido, no es malo, pero para su precio hay otros parlantes que te ofrecen mejor sonido (aunque no portátiles). Es solo un sonido normal, no decepciona tampoco destaca. Es su estilo, el ser tan único y tan bien hecho, lo que hace que valga la pena su compra. Simplemente hermoso.
