Love it and would buy again! Bought to replace a device with fewer features that fell into the pool that my wife liked. She loved this. Nice volume and sound (don't know what others expect) Everything about this device was solid and was very satisfied with it....until my m20 speaker power button did not work after 5 mo of use. Not heavy usage at all. Intermittent to light usage. All other switches still click upon pressure, power switch does not 'click" or engage. (Like mush) Speaker is plugged in and red power light is solid red showing charged battery (blinks while charging). Contacted company "chat"...no response. After trying a couple of times contacting direct, contacted Amazon and they insisted that I go through the manufacturer. Contacted again and received an email with only the words Dear. Tried chat again at midnight (they were in China 12 hours different time) they responded and we went through my contact information and phone number and they said they would replace and send a tracking number. Received the replacement in 5 days, but did not get an email about the tracking number. Most likely communication with another country (even China) can be "buggy". So, would I buy again?....Yes a final outcome that solves an issue is always well received and warrants 5 stars. The device features, sound, and workmanship all please my wife.

This speaker is really loud! I love the sound quality. However, the disc shaped caps on either end of the speaker came off. I ended up gluing them back on and it fixed it. But without those disc shaped caps, the sound is distorted. Also the charge cord broke almost immediately. Other than that, the speaker sounds amazing!

Very good speaker, sound quality is great, the only downside that I have with the speaker is the battery life, it seems like it would last a couple hours but still is a great speaker

This is very cool portable Bluetooth speaker with 20W sound and deep bass on both ends of the speaker. What's really cool is that it has RGB lights on the both ends that can change color based on the music and it also has few other light effect modes you can choose from. It came inside a nice retail packaging box and I appreciate that it can be charged with more modern USB-C cable, which was provided, and has 4,000mAh battery that can last all day. It looks very sharp and elegant yet it's IP66 waterproof so it's perfect for pool party or camping or any outdoor activities without worrying about water or rain. It has 3.5mm AUX port (and comes with 3.5mm cable) next to USB-C charging port and the cover is tightly covered so no water can sip in. It was very easy to connect to my iPhone using Bluetooth and I can change the volume from the unit as well as skip or go back to the previous song by pressing and holding on the same volume buttons. It also has a dedicated button to change the RGB light effect and I love the one where color changes and breaths based on the beat of the music currently playing. Most of all, the sound is clear and bass is impressively deep and rocks the air. Highly recommend this portable wireless Bluetooth speaker that is waterproof.
