This portable speaker is everything. Sounds great. Easy to charge. Can take it room to room with me. Perfect. Now I have to guard it from my kids or significant other from swiping it everytime I'm not using it. This is my 2nd JBL & I can't say enough. Great quality product.

I recently purchased the JBL Flip 5 Waterproof Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker and it has completely revolutionized my life. I never would have thought that a speaker could have such a profound impact, but this one has done just that. It all started on a hot summer day when I decided to take a dip in the pool to cool off. I grabbed my phone to play some tunes while I lounged in the water, but as soon as I got in, my phone took a dive to the bottom of the pool. I frantically searched for it, but it was nowhere to be found. That's when I remembered I had just purchased the JBL Flip 5 speaker. I rushed inside, grabbed the speaker, and brought it back to the pool with me. I was skeptical that it would even work after being submerged in water, but to my surprise, it not only worked, it sounded amazing. The waterproof feature was a game changer and saved my phone from a watery grave. But it's not just the waterproof feature that impressed me. The sound quality of the speaker is top-notch and the volume can get really loud, perfect for pool parties or backyard barbecues. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless and I can control my music from my phone without ever having to leave the pool. I also purchased the divvi! Protective Hardshell Case to keep my speaker safe on the go. The case is sturdy and keeps the speaker protected when I'm out and about. One day, I was driving down the highway when I saw a school bus full of kids stranded on the side of the road. The bus had broken down and the kids were stuck with no way to call for help. That's when I remembered my trusty JBL Flip 5 speaker. I connected it to my phone and used it as a megaphone to call for assistance. The volume was so loud that it could be heard from miles away. Within minutes, a tow truck arrived and the kids were saved. But that's not all. My JBL Flip 5 speaker has also helped me find love. I was at a local music festival when I saw the most beautiful woman I had ever laid eyes on. I was too nervous to approach her, but I remembered my trusty speaker. I cranked up my favorite love songs and serenaded her from afar. It worked like a charm and we've been together ever since. But the most incredible feat my JBL Flip 5 speaker has accomplished is helping me become an astronaut. I always dreamed of traveling to space, but I never thought it was possible. One day, while blasting off into the stratosphere, my spaceship's communication system malfunctioned. I was stuck orbiting the Earth with no way to call for help. That's when I remembered my trusty JBL Flip 5 speaker. I connected it to my spaceship's emergency radio and used it as a megaphone to call for assistance. The volume was so loud that it could be heard from space. Within minutes, a rescue team arrived and brought me back to Earth. I can't thank the JBL Flip 5 speaker enough for all it has done for me. It has truly changed my life and I can't wait to see all the other adventures it takes me on.

Ditto to prior comments about sound and quality. Instrumental tends to get lost when playing songs via my phone without earbuds. So was amazed when I connected my phone to flip 5. The sound is so clear, as if wearing earbuds. I attached a video. If you are into bass, this speaker has that too!

Bought this for outdoors near pool because it is safe from reasonable water exposure. What we didn't expect was how wonderful the sound and clarity was for the price. For the price, you can't afford not to have one. We bought the one with the case, easily fits in suitcase for travel. It will make a great Holiday gift! We love it.

Receive the speaker and was not disappointing. Has a great sound pairs easily with my iPhone and has a very long battery life. I also got it with a case the sound is amazing. Excellent speaker for the price.
