The media could not be loaded. Most importantly: this speaker is tiny! It is definitely a novelty, meaning that while it is very impressive for the size, it is obviously not going to sound like bigger speakers. There is no bass whatsoever. The packaging is as adorable as the speaker, making this the perfect gift for anyone who loves music. It arrives with a gift bag and everything. The price: normally $80, I held off on this for years and when it dropped down to $60 took the risk. I’m happy I waited. Again, it is a very nicely built novelty, and so $80 was a bit much for me personally. It comes with a lanyard and it will be perfect for playing my music at the pool without bothering those nearby. It would also be perfect as a desk speaker in an office setting. If you want to delight yourself or someone this is by FAR the coolest little novelty speaker that you can definitely still use in specific situations, again—the build quality is excellent. I was completely thrilled opening it and can’t wait to give them as fun little gifts. If you are looking for a more functional small speaker that can truly go the distance and sounds incredible, I highly recommend the Wonderboom by Ultimate Ears for just a bit more money—it’s much larger than this adorable little thing, but still quite small and has far more applications.

I like it because it is small but I would not use it for long periods of time without it being on the charger. Battery lasts maybe an hour and a half tops before needing to be charged. Otherwise great if you need to do light packing and would like something with great sound.

I first encountered this product on Kickstarter as Muzen Wild Mini (the military-styled one) and backed it with curiosity. I don't normally have a very high expectation with crowdfunding projects as some of them eventually just turned out to be fraud. However, I was amazed by the Muzen project, both in its fulfillment speed and the quality of the product. Therefore, without a second thought, I bought another one (the Muzen Button) on Amazon and decide to give it a proper review. As someone who shops on Amazon weekly and just too lazy to leave any product review, this was a first to me as well. Both Muzen Wild Mini and Button came with a nice, gift-ready, packaging, including an artistically designed case and carrying bag. This is really considerate for you to gift this mini stereo out and don't have to bother to find additional gift bags. -The quality: of both stereos is AMAZING! You feel it by just holding on to them. The Wild Mini has a pretty authentic look as a mimic of the comm speaker you will see in military vehicles, such as HMMWV, and it has a solid metallic shell with quality weight. The Button has a polished metal-plastic blend texture, lighter and smaller than the Wild Mini, but also of great quality. -The sound: Wow.. just wow! This tiny stereo packs a punch! Though I understand the battery life (I haven't checked it yet) of it probably can't compare with those bigger ones, I didn't expect it has a sound that's even comparable with them. I guess I was wrong. -The value: These stereos are about $100 or below and for the service and quality of them, I think it's definitely worth it, both as a gift or compact mobile stereo/speaker. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would love to recommend it to those who are looking for a similar, "to-be-surprised', experience.

Muzen's portable button speakers deliver excellent sound quality delivered through blue tooth compatible devices. The compact design resembles that of a vintage record player, where sound will play through the speaker shaped like a vinyl disc. Pushing the little switch will immediately alert the speaker to start searching for a nearby device; familiar devices will connect within three to four seconds. After successfully connecting, the speaker will automatically boot a playback from your local music app, even if you are using an alternative source for sound, like a browser video player (at least on Android devices). This can be easily fixed by closing all open applications or using a 'Tasker', but a small annoyance none the less. The stylus shaped trigger serves as a skip and rewind button, an incredibly helpful feature when utilizing the speaker during car rides. While the knob on the top left corner supposively controls the volume. I say supposively, because the volume knob seemed to have no effect when adjusting the music streaming directly from my Galaxy s6 android, but the hardware may share better compatibility with other devices. Otherwise, volume can be adjusted through the connected device. The main highlight of the speaker is its portability. Indeed, it is easy to pick up and carry just about anywhere. Despite the steel alloy shell, the speaker weighs in at about 5.5 Oz (0.15g) and comes a small, color-coordinated cord that is easy to adjust. At a moderate volume rate, the speaker can last for about four hours of playtime on average, and has a range of an estimated 35 feet (10.6m.)
