The sound is okay for the price. Looks decent and it’s sand proof. However the logo of the buttons may damage over time

First off, let me say, I think it’s ridiculous, and very unhelpful, that Amazon lumps together reviews for several, very different, speakers. Please note, this is for the outdoor large variety. Unfortunately, there are very few reviews of this product to be found on the internet. I was a bit apprehensive to try them at the original $199 price point but I waited a bit and the price, for a while, came down to $85. I bought two to take advantage of the stereo pairing, and have been fairly pleased. I would recommend a placement near, but not up against, a wall to take advantage of the passive radiators in the back, and as close as possible to ear level for better treble response. The sound quality and power level are both pretty good, especially if you can get the pair for $170. I mostly use them outdoors, but they would definitely fill a good sized room with decent sound. Again, I would recommend bringing them up above floor level for better high end response. Pairing was easy and Bluetooth range seems very good.

I bought this speaker on sale during prime day hoping to have it replace my old 2015 UE Megaboom. Compared to that speaker, this one is much more stylish but Philips made a very strange choice in its sound design. Pros: The speaker IMO is very stylish even though it’s mainly plastic and I appreciate the included loops that can be used to tie or hang it. I’ve only had it for about a month but but so far the battery life has been good and I like that it can be used as a power bank. The audio also sounds very clean overall with a v shaped curve. It’s decently loud but not as loud as the Megaboom. Cons: Unlike the Megaboom, this speaker has no smart features or app and you won’t even be able to see its battery percentage on iPhone. Although the sound is clean, it’s not as full sounding as the Megaboom since the mids are recessed. It sounds good with electronic music but can sound hollow with metal. The sound also doesn’t project as widely as with the Megaboom and it’s cylindrical design. The strangest thing about the sound of this speaker is that, unless you pair two of these together, you will not get stereo audio. I find that strange for a speaker that’s supposed to retail for $150. Overall: Not a bad speaker, especially for the prime day price, but I wish that it at least had stereo audio. Unfortunately, this isn’t mentioned anywhere on the product listing and I only found out about that after checking Philips’s website. If you don’t mind being mono audio then this speaker is fine but if you want stereo, skip this one.

I guess it is my bad for not scrutinizing this product listing. I was sure to verify this item has a power bank functionality which was one of my requirements, but I thought it was a given to have an AUX input on speakers of this size and quality. Alas, it is not. I required an AUX input for my use case, so this had to be returned. It was an OK sounding speaker, but it didn't sound any better than the Tribit XSound Mega I was comparing it to at the time. I didn't spend that much time with it to be able to provide a detailed explanation of the sound quality. Once I realized it lacked an AUX input I quickly moved on to comparing other speakers.

El parlante Philips S7505 tiene un buen sonido, sin embargo me cuesta apagarlo, ya que al oprimir el botón por 2 segundos no sucede nada, lo mantengo oprimido y hace un parpadeo la luz y luego vuelve a quedar encendido. Tengo que probar varias veces hasta que logro apagarlo, no entiendo quién diseñó esto así es ilógico ...

Great small speaker with quality sound and manufacturing that’s totally portable due to its compact size. Not used in the shower by this reviewer but sold as safe for shower use. Fits in my purse to take along to friends or other locations where external speaker wanted to share music at gatherings.

Ok - they aren’t known too well for the best audio compared to some company’s that advertise HiRes audio so the outdoor speaker products I have owned prior to buying this surprisingly kept up and surpassed one or two - like the altec Lansing rockbox XL - I went ahead and bought two for stereo pairing and WOW- the quality at low volume is amazing. Now it is not labeled HiRes but I do have a HiRes player and you CAN hear the difference flat out. The battery life has lasted two days of Christmas music in one weekend but the bottom line is - when it’s on sale — GET IT!! You wont be disappointed- it also hooks up to Siri! I found too by trial and error a perfect case for this. It’s a Hermit case and it’s number on Amazon is B01M3699X6!! I hope this helps cause the pool never sounded better today with one on the end of the pool and the other opposite of it!!! Stereo at low volumes (and high as well) sounds awesome to me when it’s spread out like this.
