I admit, I can't sleep without these things pumping white noise into my skull. However, be ready to have to do a bit of soldering after a few months. Especially if you wear them nightly and are a restless side/stomach sleeper. The solder points of the speakers aren't that strong. After 10 months, both speakers failed within a few days of each other. I guess I sleep on each side about evenly. The good news is that even if you have the most basic soldering skills, they are very easy to re-solder. The wire is simple to divide and the contacts are in the open. If you don't know how to solder wire, consider something else or better yet, learn how to solder. Why not?

This headband works great for nighttime medations or just listening to you tube videos while you are laying in bed. This is the second one I've bought. The power cord was moved to the back which makes much more sense and is more durable that the first model I bought. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BEDTIME LISTENING SOLUTION!

I don’t use this as my everyday headphones but I got it to use it for when I’m laying down. They work as expected not the best sound quality but not the worst. I can’t say how long the battery life is because I don’t use them very often or long.

I got these for my wife, she has a rather difficult time sleeping and likes the ASMR sound stuff and was using bulky headphones as not to disturb me, but they were terrible. This was a perfect solution and she uses them everyday. Thanks!!

Sound quality is what would be expected from such a cheap speaker. Batteries do last longer than I expected. The major problem is the fit. Two issues: (1) there is no padding between your forehead and the battery/control case - as a result, you will have a bruised forehead in the morning; I added a small piece of thick/soft fabric and it now is fine. (2) To get the speakers over my ears, the band would cover my eyes - my fix was to fold-up the bottom of the band in front, so that it would not cover my eyes. Of course, your head may be sized differently. Now I use it every night.

Absolutely recommend. I love playing music as I fall asleep and this band is very comfortable.
